Histopathological Study of Endometritis of the cows

چکیده
The present study was designed to investigate histopathological changes of endometritis in cows. 32 specimens of uteri of normal cows were collected from AL-Diwanyia slaughter house during 3 muonths twice weekly. All these specimens were cut and prepared for histopathological sections , then stained with haematoxyline and eosin stain and it examined under light microscope, the result showed hyperplasia of epithelial layer of uterus , sever infiltration of inflammatory cells ,atrophy of uterine glands with hemorrhage and serous edema in the uterine tissue in some cases.
